Application
FA177A series blowing, carding combined hopper, adopts leaning big diameter transmitting roller which produce better cotton layer. It adopts top and lower hopper structure, mainly made uses mirror-surface stainless steel plate and features good rigidity, high precision, good tightness. The pressure sensor in general distributor ensures the evenness of cotton density in the hopper. The lower hopper adopts blower which expand blowing circulation through static pressure and made the pressure even in the whole width of lower hopper. Entrance pressure sensor of America is used to control the continuous cotton feeding of frequency-conversion motor of the top hopper roller and further improve the stability of lower hopper pressure.
Adopts entrance spiral arranged card wire beater, produce little fiber loss.
FA177B adopts straightward feeding, hold elastically.
