1. When selecting a new model, ensure compatibility with the original equipment. Equipment from different manufacturers and years may vary in size and specifications. Verify the drawings or samples before purchasing to avoid installation problems due to size incompatibility.

2. Establish a regular inspection system. For critical components such as the spindle and rollers, check radial runout and axial movement every six months. Clean the contacts of electrical components and check their insulation resistance. Adjust the tension of the drive belt according to the standard cycle.

3. Standardize lubrication management. Select the appropriate grade of lubricating grease according to the equipment manual, and strictly control the amount added and the replacement cycle. Excessive lubrication may cause poor heat dissipation, while insufficient lubrication will accelerate wear.

4. Ensure storage conditions meet requirements. Spare parts should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. Metal parts should be treated for rust prevention, and electronic components should be protected against static electricity. Bearings stored for long periods should be rotated periodically to prevent indentation on the raceways.
