Roving Frame

The FA471 is a high-speed computerized suspension spindle roving machine specially optimized for medium and large spinning production lines. Adopting advanced numerical control technology, it cancels traditional mechanical cone wheel transmission, mechanical forming and reversing structures featured on conventional roving machines. With optimized three-axis/four-axis linkage intelligent control system, the equipment realizes fully electronic adjustment of drafting, twisting, winding and forming, completely overcoming the defects of unstable mechanical transmission and troublesome parameter calibration of traditional models.

This roving machine supports a wide drafting range and flexible twist adjustment, perfectly adapting to pure cotton, cotton blends, regenerated cellulose fibers and various chemical fiber spinning processes. It delivers uniform fiber drafting, stable roving tension and neat forming quality, effectively reducing yarn unevenness, neps and defects.
