1. Textile Machine Motor Mount
Depending on the type of textile machine, it can be divided into several types, including the 1511, 1515, GA615, and GA74 series rapier looms. The main types of textile motors used are 0.6KW, 0.8KW, 1.1KW, and 1.5KW. The motor mount is suspended on the outside of the switch panel side panel of the machine.
2. Reed Caps for Textile Machines
Reed caps are fixed to both ends of the reed on the loom. Four caps are used for each reed, protecting the reed's frame. Correspondingly, there are reed stops. Shuttle looms use 6mm wide reed stops, while rapier looms (aluminum alloy reeds) use 4mm wide reed stops.
3. Warp Beam Pressure Plate
The warp beam pressure plate is a warp feeding accessory for textile machines, suitable for various shuttle looms and small rapier looms. It is a general-purpose accessory.
4. Shuttle Rotor of Textile Machine
A key shuttle component in textile machinery-the shuttle rotor. Depending on the machine model, the standard model uses F11, while the GA615 model uses 2110.
5. Textile Machine Accessory-Take-up Bridge Gear
The bridge gear is mounted on the take-up device of the textile machine. It is milled for high precision and reasonable tolerances.
6. 15-Ring Side Support Box
The 15-ring side support box with a tail is located on the shuttle changing side of the loom. It consists of a guide cover and a guide seat. The side support seat on the switch/finger crack side does not have a tail.
7. Single/Double Eye Side Plate of Textile Machine
The side plate of the textile machine, also known as the "lower beater," is an important component of the shuttle-feeding mechanism in textile machinery. It relies on the lever principle to quickly complete the shuttle-feeding action.
8. Weft Fork Induction Device
The weft fork device is a component used to quickly stop the textile machine when a weft gap occurs during the weaving process. It is mechanical and has stable sensitivity.
9. Rapier loom weft density support head
The iron support head of the textile machine is used to drive the rotation of the weft density wheel (changing gear) to help control the weft density of the fabric.
