1. Abnormal Wear: Such as premature loosening of roller bearings or grooves appearing on the steel runner. This is usually related to installation accuracy and lubrication conditions. To resolve this, check if the fit tolerances are within specifications and if the lubricating grease is clean and sufficient. Wearing parts should be replaced promptly to avoid affecting adjacent components.

 

2. Vibration and Abnormal Noise: Commonly seen in high-speed rotating components such as spindles and main shafts. Possible causes include dynamic imbalance, excessive bearing clearance, or loose foundation bolts. To resolve this, rebalance the bearings, adjust the bearing preload, and tighten the installation position.

 

3. Electrical Faults: Such as inverter alarms or sensor malfunctions. First, check the reliability of wiring connections and eliminate environmental interference. If a component is confirmed to be damaged, use a replacement of the same specifications and ensure the parameter settings match the original system.
